Video Description
This shows how the transverse abdominus muscle can work with the pelvic floor with breathing to help reduce intra abdominal pressure on the pelvic floor. Often this coordination is disconnected a bit postpartum, but can be regained with practice. This does not show the accurate diaphragm movement that happens as well. Just just the TVA/pelvic floor connection which is hard for people to visualize on their own. The inner core is the diaphragm, transverse abs, pelvic floor and multifidus.
